Our approach is built around a series of PDCA (4-Step Demming Quality Model of Plan, Do, Check & Act) processes

The selection of audit tools will of course differ depending on whether we are looking at directed or non-directed coaching, the specific outcomes that are desired and so on.  We work closely with the client (s) so ensure that the most appropriate tools are selected for each specific coaching intervention.
